ID Card Issuance

The alumni ID card is issued during the graduation ceremony. It is the document that identifies you as an important member of the institution. Delivered along with your diploma on graduation day, it grants you access to various benefits, agreements, and events organized by the university for your well-being and that of your family group, such as:

  • Access to María Cano’s facilities

  • Access to the institutional library and loan services

  • Access to the IPS and all its services according to your degree of kinship

  • Access to discounts on sports programs

  • Admission to the annual alumni gathering

  • Special discounts for events

Each service has its own terms and conditions, which you must verify with the corresponding department at the time of your request.

For the first time

Complete the alumni information form (Undergraduate Update and Postgraduate Update).
Fill out all the required information at the following link to request your Alumni ID card:

ID Card Replacement

In case of loss or damage, you must:

  • Request the current replacement fee at the Treasury Office (Medellín) or through the Campus Coordination Offices (Cali, Neiva, and Popayán), according to the applicable financial regulations.

  • Submit to the Alumni Office a 3×4 cm photo with a blue background and a photocopy of your ID enlarged to 150%.

Please note:

  • If the replacement is due to loss, you must present the corresponding police report.

  • If it is due to damage, you must bring your previous ID card to have it replaced.
