The Employability and Networking Event organized through the Talento Tech project became a strategic platform for promoting job opportunities, strengthening business relationships, and fostering innovation as a driver of regional development in Valle del Cauca. The event brought together business leaders, campers, and key actors from the regional productive ecosystem in a space focused on learning, professional networking, and the creation of new opportunities for personal and career growth, highlighting the role of technology in social and business transformation.

During the event, business representatives participated in networking sessions centered on technological innovation, exchange of experiences, and the strengthening of strategies for comprehensive and sustainable business development. These activities fostered connections between the productive sector and emerging talent in the region. At the same time, Talento Tech participants attended training sessions on résumé development, job interview preparation, and the strengthening of power skills, essential competencies for successfully facing the challenges of today’s labor market and improving employability opportunities.

The event also featured a panel discussion addressing the challenges and opportunities faced by Valle del Cauca in relation to innovation and digital transformation models, reflecting on their impact on employability, competitiveness, and the economic and social development of the region. As part of the closing activities, several companies presented their job openings and shared information about recruitment, application, and talent selection processes, further strengthening the connection between education, employability, and the productive sector.

Additionally, four digital tablets were raffled among participants as an initiative aimed at promoting access to technological tools and supporting training and professional development processes. Through initiatives like this, the Talento Tech project continues to promote collaboration between education, innovation, and industry, contributing to the strengthening of human talent and the creation of sustainable opportunities for communities.
