From its Neiva campus, Fundación Universitaria María Cano has signed an agreement with Cooperativa Coomotor, a strategic partnership aimed at expanding access to higher education and providing benefits to employees of the transportation company and their families.

Under this agreement, Coomotor employees and their family members will receive a 10% discount on tuition fees for the academic programs offered by the university, promoting opportunities for professional growth and academic development.

Additionally, students, administrative staff, and faculty members of Fundación Universitaria María Cano will receive a 25% discount on round-trip passenger transportation tickets for routes served by Coomotor in the departments of Huila, Bogotá D.C., Tolima, Caquetá, Putumayo, Antioquia, Valle del Cauca, Cauca, Quindío, Risaralda, and Caldas. This benefit does not apply to short-distance routes between the municipalities of Aipe, Baraya, Íquira, Juncal, Nátaga, Palermo, Pital, Rivera, Tello, Teruel, Villavieja, and Yaguará, in accordance with the terms established in the agreement.
