Following the guidelines of the existing cooperation agreement between María Cano and the Gerardo Barrios University of El Salvador, the Deputy Rector for Social Extension and Projection, Carlos Julio Escobar Noreña spoke as guest at the International Seminar “Talent Management Human as a Business Development Strategy ”. His presentation was called «The management of change in the alignment of culture with organizational structure and strategy.» He shared stage with other speakers from Taiwan, Costa Rica, El Salvador and Colombia.

The Gerardo Barrios University of El Salvador is presented on its website as: “The leading University in knowledge management for our contribution to the scientific, economic and social development of El Salvador. Focused on satisfying the needs of students, communities, professionals and companies, through teaching, research and social projection ”. Its institutional vision is «To be a National and International Reference University for its contribution to the scientific, economic and social development of El Salvador.»
