Excellent news from the Fonotec Research Group

The National and International Network for Research in Speech Therapy, led by the FONOTEC research group of the María Cano Speech Therapy program, recognizes
the value of collaborative work, the importance of research networks as a strategy for the exchange of knowledge, for the construction of collective learning; in addition to recognizing them as a space to validate and update knowledge. This is why the First RIFONO Colloquium took place on Thursday, May 27, from the Internet. Challenges and challenges of research on phone.
This academic activity was consolidated thanks to the participation of the 16 research groups that belong to the Network, 14 of them correspond to the existing Speech Therapy programs at the national level and two international: one from the Catholic University of Temuco – Chile and the other from the Autonomous University of the State of Morelos – Mexico.
The event was developed around 4 axes: which allowed a dialogue about the challenges and challenges of the research. These axes were: communication and diversity, health and well-being, quality education and health and work; which had synchronous participations related to ongoing or concluded investigations; Asynchronous participations, through which research products such as articles, book chapters and software were presented and there was a space called «Collaborative» in which research projects were presented that require the linking of collaborators and co-researchers for their development .
