At the María Cano University Foundation, Medellín campus, the students of the Human Talent Management Diploma of the Faculty of Business Sciences alternated in the Gessell chamber of the Psychology Laboratory, in the module of search and conservation of high-performing people, guided by the professor and researcher Adriana María Restrepo Arismendy; This space for experimentation allowed to recreate interview scenarios and development plans to consolidate strategies to attract, develop and retain the best human talent in the labor market.
The appropriation of the Gesell chamber in the Faculty of Business Sciences allows the generation of experimental pre-practices in managerial processes, management of human talent in attraction, selection, evaluation, development and training, and investigative processes. We have high-tech equipment, experimental spaces and highly qualified human resources to enhance the academic quality of María Cano students, where teamwork, collaborative experience and transdisciplinarity represent a great benefit for the work of organizations and for the quality of performance in different organizations.
The future of the world and its constantly changing environment forces us to reformulate paradigms to improve the targeting of human talent within organizations. The human being needs to face change with a proactive attitude that leads people to prepare and have an integral development. It is recognized in different areas that an appropriate human management in the Organization is one of the most valuable components for the development of competitive advantages, to promote change processes and to achieve transformations from the cultural field and therefore to achieve competitiveness. that companies need in today’s globalized world.
