A new campus to continue building the future
- 14 julio, 2025

The María Cano University Foundation continues its expansion and consolidation process in the country. In the city of Cali, the institution is moving its headquarters to a new space located at Carrera 56 #1B-112, in the Cuarto de Legua neighborhood, a setting that combines modernity, accessibility, and quality of life. This move not only represents physical growth but also symbolizes the ongoing commitment to academic excellence, the well-being of the university community, and the strengthening of higher education in the Valle del Cauca. The new campus is distinguished by its solid infrastructure, large green areas, gardens, academic and administrative blocks, and a large hall for institutional and academic meetings. It is a place designed to enjoy the university experience in a stimulating, comfortable, and functional environment.
The Cuarto de Legua neighborhood, where the new headquarters is located, is recognized as one of the most dynamic areas of Cali. Its peaceful and safe environment, combined with a strategic location with great connectivity, makes it an excellent choice for those seeking quality of life, proximity to services, shopping centers, gastronomy, entertainment, and cultural and sports venues. The proximity to the Pascual Guerrero Stadium and easy access via the MIO transportation system make getting around the city convenient and efficient.
Furthermore, this campus is shared with the International Baptist Theological Seminary University Foundation – Unibautista, which strengthens the educational presence in the area and fosters a collaborative and enriching environment.
This step forward reflects the firm commitment of Rector Hugo Alberto Valencia Porras and the Board of Governors to the future of the institution, its students, and the region. With vision, leadership, and responsibility, María Cano University enthusiastically advances its mission to offer inclusive, relevant, and transformative higher education.
