Academic internationalization at the Cali campus
- 10 noviembre, 2020

Work in the area of international projection at the María Cano University Foundation is a cross-cutting process that dynamizes and strengthens an institutional culture aimed at incorporating international and intercultural aspects to missionary processes of teaching, research, extension and social protection, favoring interaction and participation of the academic community in different contexts based on the institutional identity reflected in the actions that must be taken to train people with critical thinking, social commitment and a glocal vision that transform the environments in which we are present.
For this, the María Cano University Foundation has the Glocal Chair space, where professionals from around the world have the opportunity to share experiences with our academic community. In this context, on Monday, November 9, from Mexico City, Blanca Franco, a graduate in Rehabilitation from the Autonomous University of Yucatán and a master’s degree in Neurorehabilitation from the University of Nottinham, participated with her presentation called “Neurosciences in daily life and cognitive stimulation ”.
The chair had an important acceptance with 101 attendees: by our entire academic community, students, teachers and graduates.
