Continuing the activities of the agreement signed between the María Cano University Foundation and the Community Action Board of the commune 10 – La Candelaria, in which there is the active participation of the JAL councilors of the same commune, it was carried out the face-to-face meeting of the accounting workshop aimed at organizations that are part of the RID-10, which is made up of community and social organizations from commune 10, La Candelaria, in the center of Medellín and has more than 40 union organizations that They work on activities aimed at strengthening in order to improve the quality of life and social well-being through an inclusive model with respect for diversity, dignity, commitment, solidarity, honesty and integrity.

These activities are carried out from the Administrative – Financial and Accounting Office of the Mara Cano University Foundation, which aims to support and advise the businessman and entrepreneur in the development of business plans, establishing actions that support the businessman and entrepreneur in different moments of business life. During the activity, biosafety protocols were taken into account: hand washing, disinfection and social distancing.

The María Cano University Foundation thus fulfills its mission of contributing to the development and growth of the communities where it is present, impacting the inhabitants through academic training, support in entrepreneurship initiatives and evolution of initiatives so that they impact positively the development of society.
