One of the commitments that the rector Hugo Alberto Valencia Porras has led is to constantly monitor the actions of the different subsystems of the María Cano University Foundation, at the Medellín, Cali, Neiva, Popayán campuses and the Mariacanovirtual campus, every quarter, to accompany and guide the fulfillment of the goals in each of the periods and evidencing the contribution made to the strategic lines defined in the 2017 – 2026 Action Plan, called «Building the Future». In this way, the Institution led the day of presentation of the achievements, opportunities and challenges through its institutional commitments, which contribute to Academic Quality, the Relationship with the Environment and Institutional Management.

It is important to highlight the results that have been achieved in the first nine months of the year, with 89.42% compliance with the work plan for the year 2023, which shows the respect of all María Cano collaborators for the projected goals that allow us to generate greater positioning, recognition, visibility, growth and sustainability for the benefit of higher education in Colombia.

The María Cano University Foundation advances and grows, in accordance with what is projected in its action plan.
