On Friday, October 11, Rector Hugo Alberto Valencia Porras, Acting Vice-Rector for Extension and Social Projection Luis Horacio Escobar Correa, Academic Vice-Rector Amilbia Palacios Córdoba, and Planning and Quality Director María Leidy Jiménez Sánchez concluded the visit of the academic peers from the Ministry of National Education for the renewal process of the Specialization in Marketing Management.

For the renewal process of the Specialization in Marketing Management, María Cano welcomed the academic peers, Olivia Mendoza Barbosa, who holds a degree in Business Administration from UNAD, a Specialist in Information Technology for Project Management from the Autonomous University of Colombia, and a Master’s in Education. Meanwhile, the academic peer Ciro Edilberto Leal Sotomayor is a Business Administrator, Specialist in Marketing Management, Public Management, NLP, and Coaching, with an MBA in Administration and a Master’s in Digital Marketing.

This two-day visit will include meetings with leaders from various areas of María Cano, as well as with students, professors, alumni, businesspeople, and the general community. There will also be in-person tours of the different spaces and work environments, along with presentations covering all aspects related to the academic programs.
