Collaboration Strengthens Technology Talent Training Processes in Cali

Fundación Universitaria María Cano, Cali campus, welcomed Rocío del Pilar Vargas Cabezas, leader of monitoring and control for the Talento Tech Valle del Cauca program, with the purpose of reviewing the progress and challenges of the training process in the region.
The meeting was attended by campus director Alba Liliana Garzón Calderón, along with the program’s lead instructor in Cali. Together, they discussed key aspects related to student follow-up and analyzed strategies aimed at strengthening student retention.
During the session, actions were explored to ensure the continuity of training processes for both external participants and members of the academic community, promoting conditions that support access, retention, and success in technology talent training.
This space for inter-institutional collaboration enables the consolidation of joint efforts that respond to current regional needs, strengthening the development of technological competencies and contributing to regional growth.
