The active breaks made by the students of the work practice of the María Cano University Foundation, Cali headquarters, to the Carvajal company staff, help to release tension, improve posture and ensure the well-being and health of the collaborators of the organizations that contribute to the growth and development of Colombia. This, in turn, promotes healthy lifestyles and is reflected in higher productivity; In these sessions, a series of movements are carried out that activate the musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, respiratory and cognitive systems of the employees.
