Degrees at the Medellín headquarters with biosafety protocols

In six different ceremonies, held at the Plaza Mayor Convention and Exhibition Center, the María Cano at the Medellín headquarters, gave society a new group of graduates from undergraduate and graduate programs that are now the faithful representation of excellence and the quality provided by the Institution. In the midst of rigorous biosecurity measures that included: minimum capacity, with only 5% of attendees compared to the capacity of the place, disinfection of spaces between ceremonies, social distancing and different routes of entry and exit from the place to avoid congestion and crossing of attendees, the first public ceremonies were held in an external site, which will allow evaluating the decisions that will be made in the future, during the emergency generated by the covid-19.
Graduates of Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy, Psychology, Business Administration, Public Accounting, Software Engineering, Specialization in Occupational Health Management and Specialization in Senior Management, were accompanied by a maximum of 2 people per family, who stood out for their compliance with the rules and respect for the guidelines given by the health authorities.
Of the ceremonies, the message delivered by the Rector Hugo Alberto Valencia Porras and the Vice-Rectors, Jorge Albeiro Herrera Builes, Carlos Julio Escobar Noreña and Andrés Gutiérrez Villa; where they exalted the positive spirit and moving forward in the midst of the challenges that have had to be faced in the last year, to guide the country along the path of constant growth and the reactivation of all sectors.
