The way to participate is very simple and allows greater access to information on this program, which since 1996 has been administered the forgivable credit fund for Afro-Colombian, Raizales and Palenqueros students with low economic resources and good academic performance. It is a mechanism that facilitates the access, permanence and graduation of students from black communities to the inclusive Higher Education System.
