Eduka University Face-to-Face Fair in Cali and Jamundí

The María Cano University Foundation, based in Cali, participates in the «Eduka a Cali y Jamundí» University Fair that takes place at the Colegio Mayor Alférez Real, a way of contributing to the positioning of higher education in this beloved and respected region of Colombia. From the Marketing areas and the #MásMaríaCano Language Center, students interested in academic programs, which are offered in face-to-face and virtual modalities, have the opportunity to be advised by support professionals, who provide students and the public with provide the necessary guidance to choose a program of the Institution at the headquarters in the capital of Valle del Cauca. In this activity, open to the public, students are also invited to participate in free virtual activities organized by the Language Center on Thursdays from 6:00 p.m. onwards, in which they can develop their knowledge of English en route to B1.
In addition, at this fair students are offered the opportunity to participate in the «Ikigai» vocational workshop with which they can take a professional and occupational orientation test in order to facilitate their choice of a professional career; Collaborators Katherine Silva Medina, administrative assistant, and Edwin Antonio Zapata Talaga, support professional at the Cali campus, present to young people in ninth, tenth and eleventh grades from public and private educational institutions, the face-to-face programs of Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy and the virtual ones of Business Administration and Public Accounting offered by María Cano.
In this way, once again, the social commitment with the orientation and qualification of the new generations is ratified, through the university fairs that take place in the different places of Colombia in which María Cano is present to comply with the institutional vision of being recognized in 2026 for the training of entrepreneurial and innovative professionals; the quality of its programs and services; the transfer of knowledge for the resolution of problems and needs of the environment, the participation in knowledge networks and national and international cooperation; and the contribution to the development and transformation of communities and organizations.
