Under agile experiential methodologies for the training of entrepreneurs and company owners in several subregions of the Department of Antioquia in the execution of eight events in mentality and culture an academic proposal of knowledge transfer is generated in joint strategy of the directorates of the Business Administration and Public Accounting programs belonging to the Faculty of Business Sciences, the professors of María Cano, the Coordination of Special Projects of the Office of the Vice-Rector for Extension and Social Projection, as well as the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit.

Such proposal is presented by María Cano through a public call made in the special cooperation agreement concluded between the Department of Antioquia (executor), the Colombian Association of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises – ACOPI (operator), and COLCIENCIAS (ally) with the objective of “Developing innovation capacities in companies to increase the competitiveness of the Department of Antioquia” with the talk “Business strategy and innovation”, which takes place in the municipalities of Itagüí, Rionegro, Apartadó, Santafé from Antioquia, Andes, Santa Rosa de Osos, Caucasia and Puerto Berrio during the months of October and November 2019, seeking to impact 500 microentrepreneurs.

The conference cycles will support the inter-institutional relationship strategy embodied in the institution’s innovation and entrepreneurship system, which will also allow dissemination and application in the business context of the María Cano – CrIN creativity and innovation model.
