What is Health Administration Program?

The Health Administration program at Fundación Universitaria María Cano prepares professionals with technical, scientific, administrative, and humanistic competencies to understand the health needs of individuals, communities, and their environments. Its academic curriculum equips students to lead planning, organization, management, and control processes within healthcare organizations and services, in alignment with healthcare policies and the ongoing transformation of the health system.

The program fosters critical thinking, leadership, innovation, entrepreneurship, and business management while promoting the development of projects that contribute to improving health and well-being in regional, national, and international contexts.

  • Leader of talent attraction, development, retention, and employee engagement processes.
  • Healthcare quality and healthcare services auditor.
  • Administrator responsible for beneficiary services and healthcare provider relations.
  • Data analyst for health risk assessment and the design of prevention and mitigation interventions.
  • Project planning, structuring, implementation, and monitoring manager.
  • Health insurance and coverage manager.

Admission Requirements Undergraduate Programs*

  1. Complete the online application form.
  2. Pay the current undergraduate application fee.
  3. Upload the following documents in PDF format upon completing the online application:
  • Copy of the high school diploma or graduation certificate. Applicants who have not yet completed Grade 11 must submit an original school enrollment certificate issued within the last month.
  • ICFES Saber 11 examination results.
  • Clear, enlarged copy of the applicant’s identification document.
  • 3 × 4 cm photograph with a light blue background.

Physical documents will only be requested if required during the admission process.

  1. Print the application payment form after completing the online application or make the payment through PSE.
  2. Review the list of admitted applicants published on the institutional website.
