ICONTEC Audit to the María Cano Language Center

The Institution opened the audit visit by Ana María Suárez Molina to the work carried out in the Institution’s Language Center under the criteria NTC 5555 and NTC 5580 for the design and provision of the education service for work and human development in the language areas for levels A1, A2, B1 and B2. The work to be carried out has the following objectives: to determine the compliance of the management system with the requirements of the management system standard, to determine the capacity of the management system to ensure that the organization meets the legal, regulatory and contractual requirements applicable to the scope of the management system and the management requirements standard, determine the effectiveness of the management system to ensure that the organization can have reasonable expectations regarding the fulfillment of specified objectives and identify areas for potential improvement of the management system.
During the audit, the following institutional processes will be analyzed: institutional management, procurement of goods and services, infrastructure and educational facilities, human talent and well-being, communications, marketing, PQRS, satisfaction surveys, teaching, relations with graduates, management of technology information and communication, self-evaluation, monitoring and control, as well as the presentation of a final report to the rectory with all the details of the work that will take place on December 1 and 2.
The work is led by the rector Hugo Alberto Valencia Porras, the vice rectors Jorge Albeiro Herrera Builes and Carlos Julio Escobar Noreña, the planning director Julia Milena Soto Montoya and the director of the Language Center, María Camila Marín Herrera.
