It is exciting to see how the graduate of the María Cano University Foundation manages to obtain significant results in a period of just two months, after obtaining her professional degree in physiotherapy, a commitment that demonstrates her constant contribution to community well-being. Valeria Sanclemente, graduated in 2023, is an example of quality and love for the profession, who shares her career and achievements since her time at the Institution.
«My name is Valeria Sanclemente and I am proud to share my experience as a graduate of the physiotherapy program of the María Cano University Foundation. Today, I would like to express my most sincere gratitude to this institution for providing me with the fundamental tools and knowledge that have transformed my clinical profile as a meaningful way.
One of the aspects that I want to highlight is the solid training that I received in the cardiovascular-pulmonary field. During my time at the university, I had the opportunity to fully explore this area and develop innovative strategies that broadened my perspective. The knowledge acquired in this course has proved invaluable in clinical practice, allowing me to provide the best care to my patients.
A crucial point that differentiates the María Cano University Foundation is its focus on research, where my participation has been an enriching experience. Currently, I have the privilege of being involved in three different investigations, which have broadened my horizons and have given me the opportunity to present my findings at symposia and academic events. This platform has not only increased my visibility as a professional, but it has also enhanced the prestige of our institution.
It is exciting to note that, just two months after completing my degree, in April 2023, I am working in the Intensive Care Unit of a highly recognized clinic in Cali. This achievement is a clear testimony of the quality and educational rigor that I have received at the María Cano University Foundation.
Finally, I am extremely grateful for the comprehensive training I have obtained at the university. The combination of an exceptional physical therapy education, research support, and opportunities to excel in the clinical setting have been critical to my success early in my professional career. I look forward to continuing to honor the values and standards of excellence that have been instilled in me at this institution.»
In conclusion, Valeria Sanclemente is an example of how the María Cano University Foundation provides a comprehensive education that drives its students and turns them into excellent graduates who achieve professional success and contribute positively to the development of society, seeking the community well-being of all the people who hope to find a solution to the problems, diseases and situations that affect each of the country’s inhabitants.
