From the Antonio José Camacho University Institution in the city of Cali, we received a visit at the Medellín campus of María Cano, with nearly 34 students and 3 professors. We shared an academic exchange that allowed students from the health and business sciences fields to participate in a training session based on the gamification strategy with Lego Sirius Play. This tool posed a series of problems, and the students were tasked with proposing solutions to these challenges through construction with these didactic tools, which promote participation, creativity, idea exchange, and, of course, collaborative work to solve a problem.
These types of visits take place within the framework of the inter-institutional agreement between María Cano and the Antonio José Camacho University Institution, with the aim of strengthening relationships and inter-institutional collaboration between both higher education institutions. This is part of a learning proposal based on the methodology of experimentation, which involves learning by doing, allowing for the exploration of this traditional teaching approach.
