International Academic Mission in Panama Strengthens Innovation and Business Skills
- 18 marzo, 2026
Fundación Universitaria María Cano continues to strengthen its internationalization strategy through the academic and business mission “Intercultural Trends in Innovation and New Businesses,” taking place in Panama City from March 18 to 23, led by the Faculty of Business Sciences and the Continuing Education area.
This experience brings together 26 participants, including undergraduate and graduate students and one accompanying professor, who engage in a learning process that allows them to explore international business environments while advancing their degree requirements.

In a context shaped by global market dynamics, intercultural trends, and increasing demands for innovation and creativity, the mission aims to enhance participants’ ability to analyze business environments and understand international business models that create value for diverse audiences.
The program follows a theoretical–practical approach, combining conceptual learning with hands-on experience. It promotes the use of geoeconomic, commercial, and innovation tools, as well as the development and implementation of new ideas and business opportunities.

Additionally, this academic experience is part of an approved degree completion modality, enabling students to connect their academic process with real-world learning scenarios and strengthen key professional competencies.
Through initiatives like this, Fundación Universitaria María Cano reaffirms its commitment to comprehensive education, curriculum internationalization, and the development of globally minded professionals.
