International intern Summer Marsh gets welcome in Cali
- 9 octubre, 2019

Faithful to our international projection goals at María Cano Cali’s branch, on October 7th the university community in the capital of Valle del Cauca welcomed Summer Marsh. The new international intern will accompany the intercultural projection activities taking place in that city during the following Weeks. Branch coordinator, María Fernanda Rebellón set up a meeting where we talked about our students, teachers, graduates and administrators to contextualize the intern.
In the company of María Camila Marín, Director of the Institutional Languages Center, a tour through the entire Institution was carried out to let her know about the different academic and recreational spaces. The students highlighted the importance of this activity and also came to talk and welcome Summer, showing interest in learning about the intern’s culture and language. English professor Diana Mina shared the different dynamics taking place at the headquarters and the great expectation of her arrival.
This demonstrates the constant growth regarding projection at Cali’s branch allowing students, professors, graduates and collaborators to be presented with greater options for academic training, in line with the new dynamics of higher education. Welcome…
