The Latin American Association for the Training and Teaching of Psychology – ALFEPSI, is celebrating the first virtual week of Latin American Psychology, which takes place between October 5 and 10 of this year. Students and academics from the center and south of the continent participate in the activity. On October 7, the director of the Psychology program, Andrés Felipe Londoño Vélez, participated for Colombia with the presentation «Intergenerational challenges in contemporary organizations.» His presentation was moderated by Dr. Mônica Gianfaldoni from Brazil and more than 45 attendees.

In his presentation, the director raised the characteristics of the different generations that coexist in the workplace, the sociodemographic and economic phenomena that influence these and the different challenges posed to the organization to have a positive environment in the workplace. job.
