The María Cano University Foundation, through the Organizational Consulting Center, carried out a leadership seminar for the company Prodiagnóstico IPS that generated significant experiences that allow the strengthening of management skills, around the needs of organizations facing the requirements of the business world, for the management of successful and happy collaborative teams. With the academic activity, reflective and experiential training, we contribute to the strengthening of communication, emotional, administrative and projection skills, which allows us to promote the generational leadership of those who are in charge of the different work fronts.
The activity was carried out with 12 collaborators who direct the strategic subsystems to guide a team of collaborators at the regional level. It is important to highlight that the actions of the María Cano Organizational Consulting Center seek to train professionals in being and doing, committed to the development of talents who have empathy, creativity, confidence, inclusion, respect, self-care and well-being. In addition, special emphasis was placed on the need to be inspirational models through a relationship and knowledge of team members in different organizations.
During the training process, the importance of the change from the leader of past years to the role that is fulfilled in the 21st century was evidenced, where agreement, constant dialogue, active listening and the socialization of achievements lead to comprehensive confidence for a harmonious work
