Nelson Andrés Andrade Bonilla, faculty member at Fundación Universitaria María Cano, Cali campus, participated as a speaker in the forum “Future Skills and Employability”, organized by Educación Coomeva, an academic dialogue space designed to reflect on current and future challenges related to employability, professional competencies, and the transformation of the labor market.
