Students from Fundación Universitaria María Cano – Neiva Campus Crowned Champions in Beach Volleyball at the “Amigos Uninavarra” Olympics

With great pride and enthusiasm, Fundación Universitaria María Cano celebrates the outstanding athletic achievement of its students from the Neiva campus, who earned first place in the Beach Volleyball category during the 4th Sports Olympics for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion “Amigos Uninavarra,” held this past weekend.

The winning duo, Juan Pablo Álvarez Saray and Michael Camilo Ramírez Cortinez, both students of the Physiotherapy program, demonstrated not only a high level of athletic performance but also exemplary commitment, teamwork, and competitive spirit that embody the institutional values of María Cano.

This victory marks a new chapter of success for the Neiva campus, solidifying its presence in regional sports arenas and reaffirming the importance of sports as a tool for integration, leadership, and holistic development.
