- 28 mayo, 2026
Fundación Universitaria María Cano, Medellín campus, is holding a new edition of its Entrepreneurship Fair, led by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit, a space designed to strengthen creativity, innovation, and the development of business initiatives within the academic community.
The fair features the participation of entrepreneurs from different sectors, including food and beverages, handicrafts, beauty and personal care, fashion, and accessories, who showcase their products, services, and initiatives as the result of processes focused on education, creativity, and the construction of life projects with economic and social impact.
In addition to promoting the visibility of entrepreneurial initiatives, this space seeks to connect students, faculty members, graduates, employees, and administrators with the current dynamics of innovation and entrepreneurship in the city, sharing information about events, opportunities, strategies, and business development scenarios that contribute to the growth of entrepreneurs and business leaders within the university community.
The Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit of Fundación Universitaria María Cano, attached to the Center for Research and Business Development, leads academic and administrative processes aimed at strengthening entrepreneurial and innovative culture as a fundamental factor in the human, professional, and social development of the academic community.
Likewise, this unit promotes the development of entrepreneurial skills and capacities through cross-disciplinary strategies that connect academic programs, encouraging spaces that foster creativity, economic autonomy, knowledge generation, and innovative thinking as tools for the transformation of human and social capital.
Through initiatives such as the Entrepreneurship Fair, Fundación Universitaria María Cano reaffirms its commitment to comprehensive education that promotes leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship as drivers of social transformation and sustainable development.
