The María Cano University Foundation, as part of its permanent practice of providing quality education to all of society, will have an audit of the Management System, with the aim of determining the effectiveness of the processes to ensure compliance with the requirements for the care of students and other interested parties; in the different institutional processes. This great project motivates the Institution to continue improving processes and services for the benefit of the entire university community.

The visit, after the recertification of the teaching process, reached in June 2019, for a period of three years, by the Colombian Institute of Technical Standards and Certification -ICONTEC-, thus evidencing compliance with the requirements of the NTC standard ISO 9001 year 2015; Its main purpose is to carry out annualized monitoring of compliance with all the parameters that frame institutional quality.

Thus, on Thursday, June 25 and Friday, June 26, María Cano will have, under the virtual modality, the visit of the Icontec auditor, Julián Esteban Ramírez Velásquez, who will accompany the process of monitoring the ISO 9001 certification for the Teaching process at the Medellín headquarters. During this visit, the actions of the different institutional areas in matters of planning, monitoring, control and improvement of each specific process will be evident.
