María Cano University Foundation and Indeportes Cauca Consolidate Strategic Alliance to Strengthen Inclusion and Social Sports

Within the framework of its commitment to social outreach and the strengthening of interinstitutional relations, María Cano University Foundation held a significant meeting with the Instituto Departamental de Deportes del Cauca, aimed at consolidating strategic partnerships and enhancing collaborative work for the benefit of communities across the Cauca department.
The meeting was attended by Rodolfo Rivera, Disability Coordinator at Indeportes Cauca; Rosa Ángela Macías Rosero, Campus Director of María Cano University Foundation; and Dr. Elizabeth Roldán, Dr. Ingrid Idrobo, and Dr. Carolina Cajas, who reaffirmed their institutional commitment to developing joint initiatives focused on social development, inclusion, and comprehensive well-being.
During the session, progress was made in structuring and strengthening strategic agreements, particularly in the field of disability, promoting environments where sports serve as a tool for social transformation, active participation, and opportunity-building.
