Between October 1st and 6th, Faculty of Business Sciences’ professor, Carlos Alberto López Posada, was invited to participate in the International Book Fair: Hispanic Heritage Book Fair in Miami and in the VII Foreign Services Fair for Colombians scheduled by the Colombian Consulate in Miami. There, he attended various activities scheduled in the framework of this important activity and was awarded one of the awards to outstanding Colombians in artistic and cultural processes. In the same way, the professor made the first approaches with the Institution to project the strengthening of cultural, educational and mobility ties with entities such as the America’s United Nations of All Arts, the Business and Cultural Museum of Colombia in Miami, My Hispanic Book as well as academic and businessmen of the North American territory.

Professor Carlos, who represented María Cano with the articulation with his international mobility processes, holds a Master degree in Communication, is a Specialist in Organizational Communication, Public Accountant, and Technologist in television and radio broadcasting and animation. He became a part-time teacher the second half of 2019, and is currently leading the Communication Techniques courses for the different undergraduate programs of the Institution at Medellin’s branch.

The Faculty of Business Sciences and its programs continue to generate actions to support the accreditation processes, not only of Business Administration but of the Institution.
