Joy, celebration and family pride were the protagonists in the public degree ceremonies held by the María Cano University Foundation at the Plaza Mayor Convention and Exhibition Center in the city of Medellín, where the president of the Superior Council, the rector, The vice-chancellors and deans gave to the community 132 professionals and specialists from the Faculty of Health Sciences and 108 professionals and specialists from the Faculty of Business Sciences and the Faculty of Engineering. The activity, more than emotional, was framed by the accompaniment of those who managed to comply with their study plans in the different academic programs.

It is important to highlight the words of President Ligia González Betancur, who highlighted that: «the secret to succeeding in your professions is: never stop studying and always be up to the challenges that the world gives us, every day. You are privileged, from now on they will be able to put their knowledge at the service of society… Imagine the great possibilities that health sciences professionals have to contribute to social well-being, the care of life and the improvement of the standards of all members of society, in Antioquia, Colombia and the world. Also think about how much new professionals in business sciences and engineering can contribute to the country and to the process of consolidation of companies and enterprises. change the destiny of society in a very positive way, thanks to the training received and your commitment to your professions.
