Five students from the Speech Therapy program at the University of Pamplona and the University of Santander – UDES, begin their exchange semester at María Cano in the city of Medellín. Marlon Francisco Romero Pantoja, Edith Daniela Casanova Arregocés, Jenniffer Dayanna Galvis Cadena, María Camila Hernández Mendoza and Vanessa Fernanda Suárez Pedraza arrive in the capital of Antioquia to carry out their professional practice at the University IPS of the León XIII Clinic and at the General Hospital of Medellin.

The selection process of the students was carried out through the international relations offices of the educational institutions, where academic average, interview, vaccination schedules and initiatives to learn about different cultures and care for patients were taken into account.

They will be in Medellin until the end of May and advance the induction process with the assistance centers and with the directors of María Cano to meet the other colleagues with whom they will share this experience that will contribute to the development of their professional life at the service Of the health.
