Neiva Campus Welcomes Students from Norte de Santander
- 13 febrero, 2020

The Maria Cano University Foundation welcomes students Angie Marcela Filoteo Hurtado and Andrea Carolina Comas Avila to its Campus in Neiva, within the framework of the agreement established with the University of Pamplona, for the development of their last level training internships, which will allow them to acquire new experiences from the role of their profession. The students are currently doing their sports internship at Instituto para la Recreación y el Deporte – INDERHUILA (by its acronym in Spanish) and at Club Deportivo Atlético Huila, putting the learning obtained during their professional training at the service of the community.
It is a matter of pride to The Maria Cano University Foundation to put its academic and administrative team at the service of such respected institutions, which demonstrates again the commitment to the community welfare and how important is to work collaboratively with different institutions of higher education in the country. Here, the development of their training Internship as physiotherapists is consolidated as supportive, autonomous, and ethical professionals with critical and creative thinking, communication skills and social commitment that allows them to be agents of change participating in a democratic and responsible way in the transformation processes of their profession and the community in which they work.
This is an example of the institutional work to favor incoming and outgoing student mobility through new alliances, where quality is the priority in all of Maria Cano’s actions.
Welcome… #MásMaríaCano
