In a public ceremony that was characterized by respect for biosafety measures, for the protection of attendees and for care in social distancing, the María Cano University Foundation delivered new professionals in Physiotherapy and new Public Health specialists to the community , who finished their entire training cycle in undergraduate and graduate degrees, in accordance with the academic and administrative provisions of the Institution. The event was chaired by the coordinator of the headquarters, Angélica María Zuluaga Calle, who praised the commitment of all attendees to contribute to the reactivation of the country.

The act that was carried out with deep respect for the situations that have arisen in the southwest of Colombia, took place in the Guillermo León Valencia Auditorium, considered the most important and prominent scene of the Cauca culture, declared a National Monument in 1996, which will also complete a century of existence in 2027. The headquarters coordinator expressed the importance of higher education for the future of the nation and the well-being of the new generations.
