They are an effective tool to determine the level of compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) implemented by María Cano, with respect to the established requirements, they also allow the identification of opportunities, risks and non-conformities. In addition, they provide valuable information to understand, analyze, and continually improve system performance. Quality audits are an opportunity to improve processes and the entire QMS. Therefore, in this edition, we will share aspects to take into account and recommendations when attending an internal or external visit, in the role of auditee or internal auditor.
