As part of the celebration of Nutritionist Day, the Popayán campus of Universidad María Cano held a special event that brought together students, faculty, administrators, and sponsoring companies with the purpose of honoring the work of these professionals and promoting healthy eating habits within the academic community.
The activity featured the participation of well-known brands Boydorr and Quinoa Club, which actively joined the celebration by setting up booths where they offered product tastings, handed out gifts and informational material, and shared recommendations for a balanced diet. Attendees enjoyed healthy foods, discovered new culinary ideas, and received valuable information for their professional training and personal well-being.
Throughout the event, talks and demonstrations were conducted by representatives of the invited companies, addressing topics such as pediatric nutrition, the benefits of plant-based proteins, mindful eating, and innovative options for a healthy diet. These academic spaces were highly appreciated by the participants, who highlighted the quality of the presentations and the warmth of the speakers.
