APPS.CO-MinTIC opens registrations for the SEED Digital Entrepreneurship Seedbeds at an early stage, they seek to offer a space for learning, experimentation and research for the creation of digital initiatives using agile methodologies, in digital entrepreneurship linked to information technologies and ICT communication. Aimed at: Colombians between 13 and 70 years old, officials of public-private entities, high school students who are studying 9th or 10th grade and citizens in the region, who have a computer, tablet or smart cell phone with an internet connection that allows them attend virtual sessions.
