Participation in the III Assembly of the DELFIN 2022 Program

The Inter-institutional Program for the Strengthening of Research and Postgraduate Studies in the Pacific – Delfín Program, is aimed at training and strengthening vocations in departmental strategic plans and agreements in science, technology and innovation – CTeI of young people through the deployment of various subprograms and strategies that enhance capacities and abilities so that its participants can successfully insert themselves into the diverse and complex scenarios that national and international contexts provide in the short and long term.
On November 21 and 22, 2022, the Third Session of the Ordinary Assembly of the Technical Council 2022 was held in person at the Valle Central Unit – UCEVA, in the city of Tuluá. The purpose of this meeting was to take stock of 2022 and plan for 2023, as well as to strengthen the alliances between the participating Higher Education Institutions and to be able to specify some important aspects for the proper functioning of the program. In the same way, the recognitions of the HEIs and the technical advisors were delivered for their 5 years of participation in the program.
The María Cano University Foundation was present with the technical advisor, Professor Elizabeth Roldán González, attached to the Popayán campus, thus confirming its commitment to research, internationalization and postgraduate studies carried out by the Higher Education Institutions of the Pacific. It is for this reason that the Institution extends the invitation to its students, professors, administrators and graduates to learn about the program and plan to participate during 2023 in the different scenarios made possible by the DELFÍN program.
