Between conferences, work tables, significant experiences on innovative processes of artistic manifestations, intercultural dialogues, research-creation and training in art and culture, as well as a cultural program that promotes meeting spaces and inter-institutional articulation, María Cano participated in the IV National Plenary of ASCUN Culture, held at the Mariana University, in the city of Pasto, which allowed them to participate in days full of learning, intercultural dialogue and reflection.

The three-day event, which addressed the theme «Impacts of culture. Perspectives of HEIs facing intercultural processes, diversity and transformational leadership», was classified as a resounding success, which marked a milestone in the promotion of culture and education in higher education institutions. There were presentations of important conferences, such as «Leadership and intercultural dialogues» that allowed exploring the crucial role of leadership in facilitating intercultural dialogue, providing valuable ideas for strengthening higher education institutions in this area.

Subsequently, the socialization of the work tables was carried out, where the discussions and results of the previous sessions were shared, where crucial topics such as research, creation and training in art and culture were covered, moderated by leading experts. in the countryside. Finally, the IV National Plenary of ASCUN Culture ended with a work session, where the most outstanding reflections and future perspectives were highlighted. The conclusions represent a valuable summary of the discussions and knowledge shared throughout the three days of the activity.
