In order to socialize the results of the research led by educational institutions and the reflections on the 4.0 technologies of the fourth industrial revolution, @ACIET summoned researchers from the western region. Within the framework of the academic activity, different topics that contribute to the future of higher education, quality, innovation and technologies were analyzed.

As a co-organizing institution of the event, the María Cano University Foundation had the opportunity to participate in an academic and scientific space where professionals, teachers, managers, undergraduate and graduate students concentrated on the dissertation of topics related to the 4th Industrial Revolution or Technologies 4.0, held today from 8:00 am at the ITM Robledo with transmission through YouTube, through reflections and research results, facilitating inter-institutional relations between the entities present.

Those attending the academic activity participated in conferences and panels on the thematic line of the impact of the Fourth Industrial Revolution on university education, as well as a posthumous tribute to Rector Juan Guillermo Pérez Rojas, who died on September 20 of this year. Also, there were stands for the exhibition of research projects around 4.0 technologies in which the research groups and seedbeds of the IES Nodo Occidente of ACIET participated.
