It seeks the articulation of the different public and private actors to strengthen local capacities and generate strategies that lead to the achievement of important advances in the economic and social development of the territory. In the same way, it seeks to promote the best business practices that allow the care of natural resources in the exercise of different economic activities, and that in turn allow a sustainable and equitable development that improves the quality of life of the inhabitants and promotes the reactivation economy of the Aburrá Valley.
The program focuses on three specific components: Decent employment; Entrepreneurship and business strengthening; Cultural and creative industry.
Faced with the generalized crisis caused by covid-19, the entity includes in this program a contingency plan that will allow the different economic activities to be reestablished in a controlled manner, and in a second measure, it will encourage the economic reactivation of micro, small and medium entrepreneurs.
Two major strategies will be implemented, the first aimed at implementing actions for the development of sustainable employment, business strengthening, and social and cultural mobilization. The second strategy seeks to implement digital transformation processes for micro, medium and small companies in the Aburrá Valley.
