The researcher of the SUMAR group of the María Cano University Foundation and postgraduate coordinator of the Faculty of Business Sciences Jorge Armando García García, MSc., and the professor of specializations of the same faculty, researcher of the Faculty of Economic, Administrative and Related Sciences of the Cooperative University of Colombia, and associate researcher of Minciencias, Dr. César Alveiro Montoya Agudelo, recently published the article entitled: «Social responsibility in the practice of decent work» in the international magazine Visión de Futuro.

The document, the result of research, in a search for the value that social responsibility represents in the field of guarantees that organizations must have in a decent work issue. Under a qualitative methodology, where an information search was carried out in various information sources with the purpose of carrying out an analysis and bibliographic review with the purpose of establishing as a fundamental objective, a reflective analysis of the value that social responsibility represents, human management and decent work. It is concluded that organizations from human management processes are called to guarantee the existence of decent work as a response to their social commitment, regardless of skin color, religious creed, political ideology, origin or sexual taste, since What really should matter is the person only for the fact of being part of a society that should be in search of happiness, peace and equality.

The fundamental objective of the Vision of the Future Scientific Journal is to disseminate scientific-technological knowledge, through the original results of scientific research, which represent a contribution to the development of science and technology.
