As part of the virtual quality assurance visit to the Health Administration program, which will take place on October 9 and 10, 2025, we are pleased to announce the participation of two distinguished professionals as academic peers. This process aims to guarantee the program’s academic excellence and ensure it meets the highest quality standards. The designated academic peers are:

Ms. Ángela Ximena Caycedo Guevara is a physician, Master’s in Health Administration, and a Health Audit Specialist. With a solid track record in health auditing, teaching, and quality processes, Dr. Caycedo brings valuable experience both in academia and the health sector. Her expertise will be essential in evaluating and providing meaningful recommendations during the verification visit.

Mr. Henry Hurtado Bolaños holds a degree in Mathematics, a degree in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Organizations, and a specialist in Health Administration. With experience in university teaching and leadership roles at higher education institutions, Dr. Hurtado is also a research professor. His experience in organizational management and administration in the context of healthcare will be key to analyzing and evaluating the program’s processes from a comprehensive perspective.

Both professionals have been selected for their experience and knowledge in key areas of healthcare and administration, ensuring a rigorous and constructive evaluation of the program.

The visit will be conducted in person in Cali, with a virtual connection to Medellín, ensuring the inclusion of all stakeholders in the evaluation process.
