At the #Medellín and #Popayán campuses, students who achieved the highest academic averages during the second semester of 2024 at Fundación Universitaria María Cano Official Site were recognized. The event was led by our President of the Higher Council and founding member, Dr. Ligia González Betancur, the acting Vice-Rector for Extension and Social Outreach, Luis Horacio Escobar Correa, the Academic Vice-Rector, and the campus coordinator, who highlighted the commitment of these students to their academic formation process. It is such a source of pride to see them excel through their commitment and dedication. Congratulations to them for being #MásMaríaCano!

The ceremony was presided over by Dr. Ligia González Betancur, who, in her speech, congratulated the students for their hard work and encouraged them to continue pursuing their dreams with the same discipline and passion. «Today, we celebrate not only the academic results but also the effort, perseverance, and passion for learning that each of you has demonstrated,» said Dr. Ligia.
