We are happy for the excellent results that we present to the community today, after the III Regional Meeting of Physiotherapy Research Seedbeds of the Pacific Region, of the Colombian Association of Physiotherapy Students – ACEFIT, where formulated, ongoing and completed projects participated. ; of 7 Physiotherapy programs of Higher Education Institutions attached to the Pacific Region: Universidad del Valle, National Sports School, Santiago de Cali University, Cauca University, María Cano University Foundation, Popayán headquarters, María Cano University Foundation, Cali and the University Mariana. Two Physiotherapy students from the headquarters in the capital of the department of Cauca: Diana Lizeth Guerrero Cabrera and Kevin Jesús Ñañez Iles, ranked first and third respectively in the evaluation carried out by juries, with their projects «Application of support for the study of body dynamics» and «Electromyography for the study of muscle tone» that participated in the category of ongoing projects with the work carried out in the Biomechanics, Neurophysiology and Technology Research Seedbed – SIBITEC.

The María Cano University Foundation congratulates the two students because in their first participation, in events of this nature, they obtain very significant recognition for their professional training, which constitutes evidence of the interdisciplinary and inter-institutional work that is carried out with the support of the University Corporation Unicomfacauca, carried out from the SIBITEC Research Seedbed, attached to the FISIOTER Group, and with the support provided by the Institution.
