RIICS is positioned in quartile 3 (Q3) of Scimago Journal & Country Rank
- 16 abril, 2024

The Journal of Research and Innovation in Health Sciences (RIICS) is established as a Latin American scientific publication in the area of Health Professions. Since its founding in 2019, RIICS has maintained a rigorous quality standard in its processes and publications, which allowed it to be accepted by the Scopus Content Selection and Advisory Committee (CSAB) on August 2, 2022.
After just over a year of its indexing in Scopus, RIICS achieved significant progress by obtaining the classification in quartile 3 (Q3) according to the Scimago Journal & Country Rank on April 13, 2024. Unlike the usual trend, Where young journals typically start in quartile 4 (Q4) and gradually advance to other quartiles, RIICS demonstrated an immediate impact on the content it offers to its scientific community. This achievement reflects RIICS’ commitment to excellence and its contribution to the advancement of knowledge in its field.
