A seminar with a human sense

From the Maria Cano Organizational Consulting Center, the academic activity was led, which had an experiential, reflective and participatory methodology, where different modules were worked with personnel of different ranks in the Colanta Cooperative, in order to develop and strengthen the dimensions of the being and doing to contribute to personal and professional growth for the consolidation of this important organization.
From different parts of Colombia, the beneficiaries of the activity: 341 leaders and 230 workers, lived the experience that, through different modules between face-to-face and virtual, reached 872 hours of work and socialization of the activities that allowed reflection and generate significant changes to improve the quality of life and the relationship of the participants.
With the work of the María Cano Organizational Consulting Center, the people of the Colanta Cooperative recognized the importance of their work, the need to be motivated to contribute to the growth of their organization and the positive of improving the relationship of the members.
Despite the pandemic and the challenge of virtuality, there was a new opportunity to grow and be happy, define challenges as issues to overcome, enjoy and have as allies to achieve the goals set for the benefit of people.
