Socialization training practices Neiva
- 25 mayo, 2023

At the headquarters in the capital of Huila, the María Cano University Foundation provides students with a space in which they are allowed to socialize and interact with their peers, the most significant experiences in practice during the academic semester, providing knowledge about the actions that are developed in each of the areas, according to the level of intervention. The activity that unites all the students, professors, collaborators and researchers is led by the students of practical physiotherapy I, II and III, the advisors of the different agencies in which they are present and the directors of these organizations.
During the socialization work, there are different stands, where the practitioners present their topics to the academic community, giving space for questions and feedback in the midst of a constructive interaction that allows the socialization of knowledge and different learning. In addition, conferences are held through which the apprentices expose their strengths on a specific topic and have the collaboration of pediatrician Carlos E. Vásquez from the city of Neiva, who accompanies the presentation with an intervention on the importance of the vaccines required by health personnel, their validity and the economic costs of each one of them.
These academic and awareness-raising spaces for the different processes of higher education enable the community in formation to acquire new knowledge and articulate their experiences with those of their peers, supporting collective learning not only with other students but also with teachers and external personnel who have been key during their training, resulting in great professionals.
