On August 27 and 28, 2020, the Speech Therapy program receives a visit from the collaborating pair for analysis of the self-assessment for accreditation purposes, at the Medellín headquarters, Blanca Janeth Hernández Jaramillo, who is a Doctor in Cognitive and Educational Neurosciences, Magister in Disability and Social Inclusion, Specialist in Analysis of Public Policies, Speech Therapist and Director of the Speech Therapy Program of the Colegio Mayor de Nuestra Señora del Rosario in the city of Bogotá.

During the work dates, an analysis of the institutional advances and the work led by the program will be carried out in the different academic, extension, social and administrative projection areas; that will allow to know the maturity of the same and the processes carried out with students, teachers, graduates and the community in general, in relation to self-evaluation, continuous improvement and consolidation in the action plans that are updated every year to comply with everything established and projected in the Development Plan 2017 – 2026 «Building the Future».

During the work of commitment to High Quality Accreditation, a constant agenda is programmed with the Faculty of Health Sciences, the program and the academic and administrative units that account for the work of María Cano.
